If you have any concerns about Kyocera’s accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters, Anti-corruption and Anti-trust laws (Competition laws) and inappropriate quality control procedures in production, you may communicate them directly and anonymously to Kyocera’s Audit & Supervisory Committee using this mail form and the following process:

Any contact information you provide will be protected based on Kyocera's Privacy Policy.

In case you are informing KASC about a suspected violation, KASC will process the personal information that you provide to KASC. This may include your name, contact details, position, and actions/information described to KASC (as far as supplied by you). In case of investigations, KASC might process information that you did not supply, but is derived from KASC's investigations. The purpose of the processing is to analyze whether the information you supplied to KASC actually constitutes a breach of Kyocera regulations or illegal behavior.

In case you are mentioned in an information KASC receive through this form (as witness or alleged wrongdoer), KASC might process your personal information, even without your cooperation or prior information. KASC will inform you about a particular investigation as soon as possible. The aims of the processing are described above and especially include gaining information whether the claim made by a person is actually true, whether it constitutes a breach of Kyocera rules or illegal behavior and whether the claims do not apply.

The information you supply to KASC might be transferred to other companies of Kyocera Group (if necessary for the investigations purposes and/or if it relates to a particular company) or to external parties (if necessary for the investigations purposes and/or KASC assume illegal behavior that is reported to the police or other state institutions). The legal basis for this processing of the personal information is – if you are located in the EU – Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, KASC's interests are to ensure that all Kyocera employees comply with legal obligations.
